Food and drink ordered through this portal is sold by Dumbarton Football Club for collection from the club's pie huts at the stadium. The portal is operated on our behalf by Vertex Engage. There is no delivery to seats.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and issue your collection code. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item sells out or a pricing error is spotted — and will refund you in full.
Orders are paid for online by card at checkout, handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card details. Your order is only prepared once payment has been confirmed.
Our kitchens handle cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, soya, mustard, celery and sulphites, so we cannot guarantee any item is free from a given allergen. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to pie hut staff before ordering. Food is prepared hot and should be consumed promptly.
Because food is prepared to order, the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply once preparation has started. If you need to cancel, contact pie hut staff as soon as possible and before preparation begins. If an item is unavailable, wrong, or not fit to eat, tell staff at the counter on the day and we will replace it or refund that item. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Where alcohol or other age-restricted items are offered, proof of age (Challenge 25) is required at collection and licensing rules apply. We may refuse service without refund where proof is not provided.
Menu items depend on stock and may sell out during a match. Sold-out items are marked in the app but stock can change between ordering and collection; in that case we will offer an alternative or a refund.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, but we are not liable for missing part of a match while collecting, or for other indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights.
